What is lace fabric?
Lace is a delicate fabric that can be produced using a wide range of techniques. With infinite pattern options, different types of lace are commonly used to accentuate garments, upholstery, and homewares. Traditionally, lace usually consisted of silk or linen threads. Now, however, cotton has become the most popular fabric for lace production, and some manufacturers use synthetic fibers like polyester or rayon to make lace.Due to its delicacy and complexity, lace has been associated with sensuality and beauty for centuries. Therefore, the uses for this fabric are usually lingerie, dresses, or blouses.
Recovo's lace fabrics favor circularity
Since an estimated 85% of the world's fabric production is discarded and sent to landfills, at Recovo you can buy surplus lace fabrics in good condition, suitable for reusing and reducing your carbon footprint.
By choosing circular fabrics, you will protect the environment, contribute to resource conservation and reduce pollution from new fabrics, while making the fashion industry more sustainable.
